Taco Boat Quiches

This is my absolute FAVOURITE recipe & it's on regular rotation here. Perfect for an easy lunch/dinner prep, school lunchbox filler & quick snack on the go! Plus, it's so easy - even the kids can make it too!

All you need to do, is prepare your filling combination (I've posted some of my favourite combinations below), pour egg mixture into the taco boat base, top with cheese & bake in the oven on 180 for 20 mins or until quiche is cooked. (I test with a knife & make sure it comes out clean).

Quiche base:
- 1 & 1/4 cups thickened cream
- 4 eggs
- Salt & pepper
- Your choice of herbs
(Whisk your eggs first, then fold through the cream)

Combinations:
- Roast pumpkin, caramelised onion, chorizo & goats cheese
- Diced bacon, onion & garlic 
- Roast pumpkin, spinach & feta
- Chorizo, sundried tomato, spinach & feta
- Zucchini, bacon & onion
